Designed to serve underserved communities in the region, the center provides daily general consultations, maternal health services, and eye care support. Staffed with skilled medical personnel, the Sasthokendro offers low-cost, high-impact care, particularly benefiting women, children, and the elderly. It contributes significantly to improving basic healthcare outcomes in one of the most medically neglected areas of Feni.

Rabeya Rashid Mia Memorial Academy
Rabeya Rashid Mia Memorial Academy is located in Melandah upazila of Jamalpur district. This educational institution is being run by United Trust’s sponsorship. Founded in 2019, the school is currently being taught under the National Education Course from the pre-primary to the tenth grade. Presently, 250 students are being educated under the direct supervision of 22 skilled and experienced teachers. The teachers and employees of the school are always aware of the overall quality of the school by their knowledge and dedication. In addition to regular teaching in schools, various co-curricular programs are available including sports and study tours.
