DRRA

Disabled Rehabilitation and Research Association (DRRA) is a key contributor in country’s all-inclusive programs for the children with disability and physical challenges since 1996. They basically work in twin-track approach: “inclusive health and rehabilitation” and “quality education and life-long learning” for the physically challenged and disable children community.

United Trust’s partnership with DRRA focuses on improving the lives of persons with disabilities, particularly children, by expanding access to inclusive education, healthcare, and livelihood opportunities. Through support from United Trust, DRRA has strengthened its “Amarjoti Special School” in Dhaka and Satkhira which follow community-based education models that provide accessible learning environments, early childhood development and training tailored to children with disabilities.

Together, United Trust and DRRA also enhances community awareness, improves service accessibility, and builds a sustainable model for inclusive growth—ensuring that none like disable community is left behind in their journey toward national development.
