UCEP
& adults through Technical Vocational Education Training (TVET) and Skills Development programs. Established in 1972, it excels in second‑chance education and technical/vocational training focusing on underprivileged youths, especially, the marginalized girls and disadvantaged communities.
Since 2016, the two organizations have collaborated on a targeted initiative to train approximately 120 rural youths in ‘Electrical’, ‘Machine Operation’ and ‘Welding’ trades each year at UCEP’s technical schools at Shalna, Kashimpur and Gazipur; each batch, certified by the Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB).
Total about 382 students completed training course successfully between the years 2016-2022 amongst which about 264 were placed in different jobs.
